A 50% advance deposit is required on multiple day bookings. For one night stays full payment is required (in advance if possible). One night reservations are NOT generally available on weekends or holidays. Sorry, we do not allow pets, really young children, or smoking in our rooms.
If cancellation is made BEFORE 7 days of your arrival date, a full refund is available (minus a $25 processing fee). If cancellation is made WITHIN 7 days of your arrival (or 10 days in the case of holiday bookings), your deposit will be credited toward your next visit. We fully understand that situations come up in our lives, and will try to work with you.
We accept only personal checks in U.S. funds, money orders, cash (upon arrival), credit cards, or PayPal. (Checks need to be made out to Bill Seavey and sent to P.O. Box 1681, Cambria, CA 93428). If you haven't used PayPal before, you can set up an account at PayPal provided you have an email address (opening a PayPal account is optional-- you may also pay directly by credit card). If you have checked availability by phone or email, and are ready to use PayPal, make your choices on the right using the PayPal Shopping Cart.
